李明辉博士生的导师是王晓龙教授，主要研究方向为生物信息学、机器学习和自然语言处理相关技术。其博士论文题目为《基于机器学习的蛋白质二级结构和相互作用预测》。

攻读博士学位期间，李明辉同学在“Bioinformatics”，“Computational Biology and Chemistry”等国外重要学术期刊上发表了数篇学术论文，为实验室的学术创新做出了贡献，被评为黑龙江省优秀毕业生。

李明辉同学毕业后，将到微软中国研发集团工作。
