根据《全国优秀博士学位论文评选办法》，经过推荐、初选和复评，ITNLP研究室博士毕业生董启文的论文《基于语言处理技术的蛋白质结构和功能预测若干问题研究》获得2010年全国优秀博士学位论文提名奖。特此祝贺。
